Hi, I’m Rob. I have been with Music Box Productions since 2002 as a videographer, but I always had a certain curiosity for what goes on behind the DJ booth. After shooting weddings several times a month for so long, I have seen my share of both great DJs and lousy DJs. I know now what it takes to be a great DJ: having energy, reading a crowd, beatmixing, attention to detail, etcetera. Then a few years ago, I had an epiphany one night during a reception that I was shooting. Picture it: the dance floor was packed.  Everyone was having a blast, and when the DJ mixed into the next song, everyone threw their hands up and screamed in approval of the new song.  The moment was surreal, and I was sold… I will do that too!  For the past couple of years, I have been working with some of the best veteran DJ’s in the area here at Music Box, training to be that DJ that will rock your party.  From early childhood, I have been passionate about music. My personal music tastes range from Rob Zombie, Stevie Ray Vaughn and BB King to House of Pain, Digital Underground, and Johnny Lang. Symphonies, singalongs, dancing in the barn, and mosh pits included, my musical background will be a benefit at your event.
